JSW Severfield Structures is a  Joint Venture agreement between JSW Building Systems Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Steel Ltd of India and Severfield–Rowen Plc of the UK to jointly create a new structural steelwork business.

The core operation of the new company ‘JSW Severfield Structures Ltd’ (JSSL) will be based adjacent to the JSW steel plant at Vijayanager in the Bellary district, 220 miles north of Bangalore and some 390 miles south-east of Mumbai.

The business will be involved in the design, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork, principally to service the Indian markets.

JSW Severfield Structures Limited (JSSL) will offer the best quality steel structures to enable India access to  world class technology, to modernise its infrastructure development.
