| Connection Design |

Designers will carry out full steelwork connection designs based on loads provided by the structural consultant. The most cost–effective details will be developed and submitted to teh consultant for approval. |

| 3D Modelling |

State–of–the–art technology is utilised to develop fully integrated 3D models of projects, enabling clients to view amd approve every detail prior to commencement of fabrication. The models generate the electronic data which is used to programme the fabrication machinery. |

| Fabrication |

JSSL will have the most modern fabrication facilities in India. The fully integrated factory will process structural steelwork using state–of–the–art technology and handling equipment. The quality and reliability of the finished product will be to the highest standard. |

| Fabsec |
|
|
JSSL is the license holder to produce Fabsec in India. The innovative product range and design software enables clients and their professional teams to achieve enhanced project economy, swifter construction and optimised design, for long span cellular and bespoke plated beams. Optimum performance beams are supplied to operate in normal or fire engineered conditions. |

| Fire Engineering |

Fabsec software also provides fire engineering coating solutions, giving an additional 30 to 120 minutes fire protection. Bespoke beams are treated off-site with appropriate thickness of intumscent (fire protection paint). |

| Corrosion Protection |

Off-site shot blasting and painting systems, to provide complete corrosion protection will also be offered. |

| Delivery and Erection Service |

JSSL will provide a complete delivery and erection service. Deliveries will be co-ordinated in erection sequence and construction will be carried out by specialist, highly trained, in-house teams of erectors using modern cranes and safe access equipment. |

| Composite Metal Decking |
|
 |
JSSL will have the in–house manufacturing facilities to provide a full design and installation service.
Composite metal decking reduces the volume of concrete and reinforcement which is required in floor slabs, and produces lighter structures. It also eliminates the requirement for temporary work when casting the floor slabs. When floor areas are handed over, they are ready for the main contractor to place reinforcement bars and concrete without any further work.
Metal decking is connected to the steel beams on site by the use of shear studs, which are installed by specialist stud welding equipment. This fast and efficient operation results in high quality, permanent formwork. |
