JSSL was thoroughly evaluated for its fabrication capabilities of fabricating Heavy Boiler Main and Auxiliary columns, Secondary structures, Bracings etc.
NTPC approved JSSL facility for fabrication. First time JSSL successfully ventured into heavy steel fabrication which involves complex welding sequences, high non destructive testing, post weld heat treatment, multi coat paint system.
